Bluffton and Hilton Head's Premier Youth Training Facility

 

We provide the only individualized youth athletic performance facility in Bluffton and Hilton Head.  We focus on group classes that increase the athlete's strength, speed, agility and recovery.  We also provide one-on-one personal training, boxing, boot camp and sports-specific clinics all designed by our team of certified trainers.  Each program is specific to the individual needs of each athlete.  We also keep kids active with camps, parents' nights out, Birthday Parties, Sports Clinics as well as batting lessons and cage rentals.
